		<description>Wendy, the yeast bit is something that really should be in every cookbook. Once it is in the refrigerator it will last a very long time. It usually takes me about 9 months to go through a big brick of instant yeast and if it is kept in the fridge the last loaf looks just as good as the first.

		<description>Thanks for the photos: I literally only just tried this recipe yesterday, but it didn&#039;t work out (in that, the end product still tasted good, but it wasn&#039;t the nicely risen loaf I was after) - but then, I didn&#039;t realise you needed to refrigerate yeast after opening, and I was using opened yeast that had been sitting in the cupboard for a year, so I&#039;m not surprised. Mine was also a good deal gloopier at this stage, so I think I added too much water.</description>
